Roy Dell Seely, age 40 of Vernal, died Thursday Sept. 5, 2013 at home.
Roy was born July 14, 1973 in Salt Lake to Kenneth and Debra Louise Peck Seely. He married Elizabeth Faye Hatch, she proceeded him in death. Roy lived most his live in the Salt Lake area and Manti before moving to Vernal about eight years ago with North Eastern services program.
Roy loved fishing, camping, playing cards with his mother and being a huge jokester.
He is survived by his father; Ken Seely of Manti, sister Kimberly Jackman and nephew Kodey of Fairview many friends at North Eastern Services. Memorial services will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. Sept. 12, 2013 at the Blackburn Vernal Mortuary arrangements under the care of Blackburn Vernal Mortuary
