Ruby L. Seely

SEELY, RUBY L. born March 30, 1911 in White City, Texas passed away April 5, 2004 at her home in Irving. She was a dedicated employee at DISD for over 25 years. Preceded in death by husband of 50 years Sam and son T. R. Survived by daughter and son-in-law Shirley and Harry Marek of Irving; daughter-in-law Jo Ann Seely of Baytown, Texas; special nephew Joe Thomas of Wichita Falls; 6 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren and her faithful dog Muffin. Loving thanks are given to her friends and health care providers Marlene Chappell and Darlene Stubblefield. At her request, there will be no services, but she did ask for 3 remembrances: Pray for world peace, perform a random act of kindness for someone and support and donate to your local animal shelter or humane society.
