Russell Cyril Seely, a retired electrical draftsman with New Orleans Public Service Inc. and owner of Seely Security Systems Inc., died Saturday at Belle Maison Nursing Home. He was 85. Mr. Seely was a lifelong resident of New Orleans. He was a graduate of Delgado Community College and a sergeant in the Army. Survivors include two daughters, Joycelyn S. Hensley of Baton Rouge and Lorraine S. Pecot of Pearl River; two brothers, Joseph H. Seely of Tickfaw and Stanley E. Seely; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. A Mass will be said today at 1 p.m. at Lake Lake Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd. Visitation is at 11 a.m. Burial will be in Metairie Cemetery.
