Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, for Vincie G. Seely of Vacaville, who died Nov. 1 at a Vallejo hospital following complications from surgery.
A funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 1791 Marshall Rd., Vacaville; Father Vincent O’Reilly presiding.
A native of Endicott, N.Y., Mrs. Seely was born on April 26, 1927. She moved to Vacaville in 2001 and became a volunteer in many community services including volunteer dispatcher for Ride With Pride, a volunteer with Faith In Action, a member of the Vacaville Seniors. Her husband, John, preceded her in death in 1986.
Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Susan and John VanLandingham; a grandson, Joshua, all of Concord; and a stepson, Jack Seely of Glendale, N.Y.
