William F. Seely, 88, of Titusville, RD 2, died at his home Wednesday at 12:10 a.m.
He was born at Wallaceville Nov. 28, 1877, the son of Thomas and Lisa Green Seely. He lived in this area his entire life and worked in the oil fields for 50 years. He was a member of Cherrytree Grange.
He married the former Roxie Deets in 1904
He is survived by his wife; one grandson, Robert Orr: four great-grandchildren; one nephew and one niece.
Friends may call at the Raymond W. Arnold Funeral Home Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and attend the funeral service there Friday at 1:30 p.m. with Rev. Leonard Ritchey, pastor of the Breedtown Baptist Church, officiating.
Interment will be in Jamison Corners Cemetery.
