Anna Sealy

Anna Sealy, surrounded by her family, passed peacefully on May 25th at age 82. Born in northern Alberta in 1934, she grew up near Nelson, BC, attended nursing school in Vancouver, obtained her RN and immigrated to the US in 1957. She was recruited to work in the ER at Herrick Hospital in Berkeley, where, after several years, she became the hospital night supervisor. She met and married Clay Sealy in 1957, and together they raised a family in the Lamorinda area. She was an avid tennis player and golfer, and she loved to travel and to work in her garden. She is survived by her husband, two boys, three grandchildren and three sisters who will sorely miss her. Surely goodness and mercy followed her all the days of her life.
