CHESTER – Mr. James Henry Sealy
89, of 177 Elliott St. died March 5, 1994, at home. Funeral is 3 p.m. Monday at First Freewill Baptist Church, where he was a member. The Revs. James Sanders and Leroy Lowery will officiate. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation is 7 to 9 tonight at Barron Funeral Home.
Mr. Sealy was a retired Springs Industries employee. He was born in York County, a son of the late James and Lela Quinton Sealy.
Survivors are his son, James Sealy of Augusta, Ga., daughters, Mrs. Joyce Roof, Mrs. Agnes Roof; brothers, L.B. Sealy Sr.; W. Hope Sealy, George Sealy, both of York; sisters, Mrs. Clara Meek of York, Mrs. Georgia Petite; 11 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren.
