FORT WORTH — James Warren Sealy, 72, went home to glory Wednesday, April 9, 2003, in Fort Worth. His family was by his side to bid farewell until they all meet again. He left behind his longstanding physical pain and stepped into the presence of his Lord Jesus Christ.

James was born July 29, 1930, in Lamison, Ala. In his 72 years on earth, he was a “servant.” A military veteran, he served his country for 21 years in the Air Force. Soon after retiring from the Air Force he surrendered to full-time “service” for his Lord. He attended and graduated from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth.

He then served as a Baptist minister for 20 years before having to retire due to failing health. James was loved and respected by many family members and friends. While we miss him, we celebrate his transition to everlasting life.
