Mrs Ruby Quinn Sealy, 74
ROCK HILL – Ruby Quinn Sealy, 74, of 716 Charlotte Ave., died at her home on Monday, Feb. 4, 2008. She was a native of Gaston County and the daughter of the late William Rufus and Sarah Rudisill Quinn. She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Sealy and one brother, Roy Quinn.
Mrs. Sealy was a graduate of Gaston Memorial School of Nursing in 1956 and formerly was employed by Dr. Thomas Will of Dallas, York General Hospital in Rock Hill and was a health nurse for Rock Hill Printing and Finishing in Rock Hill. She was a former member of Philadelphia Lutheran Church.
She is survived by two sons and a daughter-in-law, Virgil and Denise Sealy of Cary, N.C., and Franklin Sealy of Rock Hill; a daughter, Laura Lee of Rock Hill; one granddaughter, Alana Sealy of Cary; and a brother and sister-in-law, Carroll and Margaret Quinn of Dallas.
Visitation will be 10 to 11 a.m., Friday, Feb. 8, 2008, at Dallas Funeral Home with a graveside service to follow at 11:30 a.m., Friday at Philadelphia Lutheran Church Cemetery, Dallas with Pastor Gary Weant officiating.
