SEELEY – Mr. Francis William Seeley of Belleville, Ontario on Friday, November 9th, 1984 in his 82nd year. Son of the late Gilbert and Mary Seeley, and husband of the late Caroline Phipps. Dear father of Edwin of Brampton, Ontario, Mary (Mrs. Richard Steacy) and Margaret (Mrs. Keith Wismer) both of WIllowdale, Ontario. Predeceased by son Gilbert Seeley and six brothers. Loved by eleven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. Funeral Service was held at the W.J. Thompson Chapel, Belleville, Ontario, on Monday, November 12th, 1984, with burial in Belleville Cemetery.
