Toledo, Ill. – Funeral services for Daniel Allen Seeley will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday in Lashmet-Marshall Funeral Home, Toledo. Burial will be in Toledo Cemetery.
Friends may call from 4 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Mr. Seeley, 73, of Toledo died Sunday afternoon in Veterans Hospital, Danville.
A native of Toledo, he married Lora Oakley.
Survivors include his widow; three sons, Willard of Montrose, Eugene of Mount Zion and Vora of Decatur; 10 daughters, Mrs. Maxine Myers of Greenup, Mrs. Kathleen Garrett of Lincoln, Mrs. Dorothy Fogle of Belleville, Mrs. Norma McCloud of Decatur, Mrs. Rose Cutright of Ashmore, Mrs. Carol Comer of Morris, Mrs. Nancy Lehrkant of Somonauk and Mrs. Connie Hart, Mrs. Karen Trigg and Mrs. Betty Bland, all of Toledo; one brother, Jacob of Peoria; and 33 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Two children preceded him in death.
Mr. Seeley was a member of Morton Chapel Church and veteran of World War I.
