Ellen Ruth Sealey Radakovich, 74

PRICE– Our beloved wife, mother, special grandmother, great-grandmother and sister, Ellen Ruth Sealey Radakovich, passed away surrounded by her family at her home Monday morning, Feb. 12, 2001.

She was born December 16, 1927 in Colome, South Dakota to Paul F. and Nora R. Rudd Sealey. Married Robert Radakovich, November 21, 1962 at the Price United Methodist Church. Ellen graduated from Carbon High School and Henager Business College, Salt Lake City. Worked at US Steel, Utah State Employment Office and retired after many years from Carbon Investments. Ellen was also a secretary and treasurer for the Price United Methodist Church. She loved to travel and took great pride in their Scofield property where she loved to entertain family and friends. She enjoyed working in her yard, fishing, playing cards and, most of all, Ellen enjoyed loving her grand children. Ellen was a member of the Order of Eastern Star, PEO, Past Matron of Naomi Price Chapter 13, Honor Queen Jobs Daughter and Bethel Guardian and various bridge clubs.

Survived by husband Robert, daughters Kari (Matt) Bryner, Grand Junction, CO, Kathy (Randy) Topolovec, Salt Lake City, and son Roger (Mary) Johnson, Fremont, CA; grandchildren, Zachary and Nathan Bryner, Jennifer Chalupa, Christopher Johnson, RaNae and Stephanie Topolovec; great-grandchil-dren Kyla and Kelby Chalupa. Also survived by brother Marvin (Florence) Sealey, Price; sisters Mabel (Lamar) Jones, Price, Darlene Evans, Albuquerque NM, and many loving relatives.

Preceded in death by former husbands Lloyd Johnson, Dave Morgan; infant daughter Ruth Ann Johnson and both parents.

The family would like to offer a special thanks to Sherry King and the staff of Castle View Hospital.

Funeral service Thursday, February 15, 2001, 11 a.m., Price United Methodist Church. Family will be at Mitchell’s Wednesday evening from 6-8 p.m. and at the church Thursday one hour prior to services. Interment Price City Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Ellen’s name to the Price United Methodist Church or Shriners Children’s Hospital, Fairfax Ave & Virginia Street, Salt Lake City, 84103.
