RUTLAND – Alice E. Davidson, 75, died April 3, 1998, at her home.
Born in Kennebunkport, Maine, April 13, 1922, she was the daughter of George and Tanna (Lefebvre) Seeley.
Mrs. Davidson lived in New Jersey for many years before moving to Vermont in 1988. Her husband, Frederick B. Davidson, died July 28, 1991.
Survivors include two daughters, Jill D. Lane of Rutland and Eileen Burt of Falmouth, Mass; a son, Robert Davidson of Ringwood, N.J.; two sisters, Lois West of Long Branch, N.J., and Betty Fornataro of Oakhurst, N.J.; a brother, Howard Seeley of Alexandria, Va.; seven grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
There are no calling hours.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.

The memorial service for Alice E. Davidson, 75, of Rutland, who died April 3 at her home, will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday at the Grace Congregational United Church of Christ chapel. The Rev. Robert B. Curry, pastor, will officiate.
The Tossing Funeral Home in Rutland is in charge of arrangements.
