George R. Seeley, Jr., 74, passed away on Thursday, April 22, 1999 at the New York State Veterans Home, Oxford. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Helen Seeley of Greene, one daughter, Bonnie Billings, Oxford, two sons and daughters-in-law, George R. and Debra Seeley, III, German, Ronald and Sharon Seeley, N.C., two step children, Elizabeth Faria, Liverpool, Jack White, Greene, several grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. George retired from Anitec in Binghamton with more than 20 years of service.
Funeral and committal services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Root Funeral Home, 23 North Chenango Street, Greene. Burial will be in Port Crane Cemetery. Friends of the family may call on Saturday from 10 a.m. until service time at the Root Funeral Home.
