Ethel F. Gilliam, 81, of Chandler, a retired furniture store owner, died April 11, 1998. She was born in Walled Lake, Mich., and was a member of the Lady Elks. Survivors include her husband, Francis L.; daughters, Laura Gilliam Emanuel; son, Robert L; sister, June Nelson; brother, Raymond Seeley; and five grandchildren.
