SEELYE, Mr. George D. of 13008 S. 18th St. passed away in his 71st year Thursday, Jan. 11, 1962 at 12 p.m. at his residence. Beloved husband of Mrs. Myrtle Warren Seelye. Father of Mrs. R.V. Hayes; brother of Mrs. Bertha Warren, Messrs. Jim, Roy, Abner and John Seelye. Also survived by 1 grandson. Friends may call at the W.G. Hardy Shively Chapel, 4101 Dixie Hgwy, where services will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. Interment Bethany Cemetery.

GEORGE E. SEELYE
George D. Seelye, 70, died at noon Thursday at his home, 1308 Dixie Highway. He retired five years ago after working for 30 years as a tinner for Stratton & Terstegge Company.
Surviving are his wife, the former Myrtle Warren; a daughter, Mrs. R.V. Hayes, Oakland, Cal.; a sister, Mrs. Bertha Warren, and four brothers, Roy Seelye, Vine Grove, Ky., Abner Seelye, Newton, Ill., and Jim and John Seelye.
The funeral will be at Hardy Funeral Home, 4101 Dixie Highway, at 2 p.m. Sunday. Burial will be in Bethany Cemetery.
