Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 17, 2011, at Community Memorial Funeral Home Chapel, 1443 North 2nd Street, Abilene, with Reverend Robbie Harris officiating. Burial will follow in Neinda Cemetery in Jones County, Texas, directed by Community Memorial Funeral Home. Frances was born January 30, 1942 to Cora (Simpson) and William Franklin Wicker in Rotan, Texas. She attended and graduated from Rotan. Frances married Elmer Sealey on January 7, 1961 in Rotan. She was a homemaker. Frances was preceded in death by her parents.
