Delorise Seely Miller Fyke

ODESSA – Delorise Seely Miller Fyke passed from this life on February 17, 2017 in Odessa, Texas. She was 86. She was born in Lancaster, Texas on April 17, 1930 she graduated from Technical High School, Ft. Worth Texas in 1948 . She Married Richard Miller in Weatherford, Texas in 1947. They lived in Ft. Worth, Texas, until 1965 when they moved to Odessa, Texas.

Delorise was preceded in death by her husband Richard Miller in 1982, her parents Terry and Ila Seely of Granbury, Texas, her brother T,C, Seely of Bryan, Texas, and her son in law Larry Sanders of Springtown, Texas. She later meet and married Howard Phillip Fyke on July 8, 1983. They were married until; his death in 2006.

Survivors include son Rick Miller and wife Beth of Garland , Texas, daughters Paula Sanders of Springtown , Texas, Valerie Donley Of Three Rivers Michigan, Becky Grigry and her husband Wayne of Monahans, Texas, and Janet Potter of Rockwall, Texas.

Sister Joyce Cole and husband Bobby, sister Shelby Giambra of Ft. Worth, Texas ,also 2 nieces and 6 nephews all of Ft. Worth Texas.

Grandchildren are Eric Miller and wife Hillary of Ruidoso New Mexico, Mendi Avary and husband Ben of Midland, Texas. Michael Sanders and wife Candace of Evans City Pennsylvania, and Tiffany Donley of Three Rivers Michigan.

Great grandchildren are Grant, Ella, Cash, and Eden Miller; Tennyson and Sawyer Avary; Chandler Sanders; Morgan, Gage, and Landon Donley.

13 Step-grandchildren , 53 step-great grandchildren, and 12 step-great great grandchildren.

Delorise worked for General Dynamics in Ft. Worth for 9 years and Wells machine Corp. in Odessa For 22 years. She was a member of First Baptist Church, Odessa.

Memorial contributions may be made to First Baptist Church library Fund.

Visitation will be at Hubbard Kelly Funeral Home On Monday February 20, 2017 from 6:00-8:00 pm

Services are scheduled on Tuesday February 21, 2017 at Hubbard Kelly Funeral Home.
